At Clover Hill Senior Living, our job is to provide residents with the support they need to continue to lead the self-directed and personally fulfilling lives they want. The residents are supported by an Administrator, Wellness Director, Life Enrichment Director, Dietary Director,  Campus Services Director, as well as Business Services Director who manage and maintain Clover Hill’s high standards for support, which include the following.

Licensed Nurse Onsite 24/7

Having a licensed nurse on-site gives us the ability to provide diabetes care, as well as support for other chronic conditions – a level of care not always found in Assisted Living. Our nurses administer medications, including insulin, perform wellness checks, communicate with physicians, and attend to any health concerns that arise. Knowing that a nurse is available gives our residents confidence to enjoy their independence to the fullest. And it gives their families peace of mind that comes from knowing their loved ones are supported by a well-trained, licensed staff.

Personal Assistance Liaisons (PALs)

Each PAL is trained to provide hands-on help with residents’ activities of daily living. Additionally, PALs undergo specialized training in our Walking the Path dementia & Alzheimers’ training programming. This training empowers them with the tools to foster the emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing of each resident.  In their role as primary caregivers,  PALs are providing respectful and compassionate daily assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring and more.

 Staff Selection and Training

All Clover Hill staff members undergo a careful selection and screening process. Each community employee then undergoes orientation and training covering job skills, safety, hospitality, communications, and community culture building.  Quarterly continuing education series are provided to ensure that each discipline is prepared to provide unmatched hospitality and senior care service.
